Create a function to take in as arguments the music file name, point in time to start playing song, point in time to stop playing song and a new sample rate. The function should return a new matrix reflecting the new sample rate and desired play time. You name the variables as you like. Turn in function file and script file to run function. hints: x_new-interp1(t,x,t_new). Interp1 is great for resampling. Round function is your friend to find integer start and stop locations.
